Black Forest Studios provides film production, commercial production, postproduction, studio services, and related creative services for national and international clients. These Production Terms apply to all production-related agreements unless otherwise agreed in writing.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t

1. Cancellation Policy<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Separate cancellation terms apply to film and video productions:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • Cancellation up to one month before the start of filming: 25% of the confirmed contract price.<\/li>\n
  • Cancellation up to two weeks before the start of filming: 50% of the confirmed contract price.<\/li>\n
  • Cancellation up to one week before the start of filming or later: 100% of the confirmed contract price.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Cancellation or termination must be made in writing. The date of receipt by Black Forest Studios is decisive.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    \n\t\t\t\t\t

    2. Production Responsibility<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
    \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

    Clients are responsible for ensuring that all required rights, permits, licenses, releases, and approvals related to their production are obtained prior to the start of production.<\/p>\n

    This includes, but is not limited to:<\/p>\n

      \n
    • filming permits<\/li>\n
    • music licenses<\/li>\n
    • appearance releases<\/li>\n
    • drone permissions<\/li>\n
    • trademark clearances<\/li>\n
    • location permissions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
      \n\t\t\t\t\t

      3. AI-Supported Workflows<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
      \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

      Black Forest Studios may use AI-supported technologies and digital production tools during development, production, postproduction, localization, or optimization processes. All AI-assisted workflows remain under human creative supervision.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

      \n\t\t\t\t\t

      4. Liability<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
      \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

      Black Forest Studios shall only be liable for damages caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence, except where mandatory statutory liability applies.<\/p>\n

      Clients are responsible for insuring their own equipment, media, data, and production assets unless otherwise agreed in writing.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

      \n\t\t\t\t\t

      5. Delivery and Revisions<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
      \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

      Project timelines, revisions, deliverables, and approval stages shall be defined individually within the respective production agreement or quotation.<\/p>\n

      Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may be billed separately.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

      \n\t\t\t\t\t

      6. Confidentiality<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
      \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

      Both parties agree to treat confidential information, unpublished materials, production concepts, scripts, financial information, and internal production processes as confidential unless otherwise agreed in writing.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

      \n\t\t\t\t\t

      7. Portfolio Usage<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
      \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

      Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Black Forest Studios reserves the right to use excerpts, stills, behind-the-scenes material, production frames, and project references for portfolio and marketing purposes.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

      \n\t\t\t\t\t

      8. Final Provisions<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
      \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

      Any amendments or additions must be made in writing. Should individual provisions become invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.<\/p>\n
